Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead the account management team while actively driving revenue growth for the business. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage, mentor, and develop the sales team while personally engaging in sales activities to secure key business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate catering sales, a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, and excellent leadership skills to drive team performance. Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop a high-performing 7-person sales team Set clear performance goals, sales targets, and KPIs for team members Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations to enhance productivity Foster a positive, motivated, and results-driven sales culture Oversee business development and client retention efforts Sales and Business Development Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the corporate event market Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and tastings with prospective clients Close deals to meet or exceed sales targets Sales Strategy, Execution & Client Experience Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance data to refine strategies Collaborate with the CMO on promotional campaigns, sales materials, and strategic outreach events Work with the CMO to strategize and close key account sales Champion and ensure delivery of superior client care across all sales touchpoints Partner with the CMO to ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction Align sales efforts with company-wide objectives and long-term goals Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and implement effective strategies Hands-on sales expertise, including business development and client relationship management Strong ability to identify, engage, and close sales Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Seniority level
