Compensation and benefits: base compensation range of 140,000.00 to 150,000.00, with health and welfare programs, a 401(k) retirement plan, tuition assistance, incentive compensation for eligible positions, and salary referencing to internal pay equity and market standards. Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify new customers to maintain a target list of not less than 25 qualified pipeline opportunities Provide input to management to respond to changing market conditions, improve internal efficiency and maximize results Maintain strong professional relationships with existing customers, including regular customer business reviews Anticipate or identify evolving customer needs Assist in overseas campaigns and overseas visitors\' requirements Support and assist in attainment of company goals and objectives aligned with the Hellmann Sales Strategy Ensure all bids are submitted in a timely manner to Tender Management for proper completion Prepare client quotations and presentation of proposals Maintain client records and commercial activity with complete and timely entry of information into the Hellmann customer relationship management (CRM) system Update CRM with activities as per company guidelines Manage approximately 25 target customers Travel as required Serve as liaison between customer and operational staff Perform other duties as assigned Note:

This position does not supervise any direct reports. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Management, Logistics/Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience Minimum 10 years related experience in sales, marketing, and customer service Proven track record of increasing sales year over year Minimum six years sales experience in freight forwarding Proficient knowledge of all Hellmann products and partner network Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
