In addition to base salary, employees may participate in competitive health and welfare programs, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, tuition assistance opportunities, and incentive compensation for eligible positions. Salary determination considers skills, experience, location, internal pay equity and job architecture. Responsibilities

Oversees large national accounts and national sales programs for the Company's products and services. Develops growth and expansion by acquiring new business while maintaining existing accounts and increasing business within approved budgets. Prospects and qualifies new customers to maintain a target pipeline of qualified opportunities (not less than 25). Provides input to management to respond to changing market conditions, improve internal efficiency and maximize results. Maintains strong professional relationships with existing customers, including regular customer business reviews. Acknowledges evolving customer needs and assists in overseas campaigns and visitor requirements. Supports attainment of company goals aligned with the Hellmann Sales Strategy. Ensures timely submission of bids to Tender Management. Prepares client quotations and presents proposals; maintains client records in the CRM system and updates CRM activities as required. Manages approximately 25 target customers and travels as required; acts as liaison between customers and operational staff. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Logistics/Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and work experience). Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer service. Proven track record of increasing sales year over year, with at least six years in sales within freight forwarding. Proficient knowledge of Hellmann products and partner network. Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

Financial acumen and business development strategy understanding. Results-oriented with the ability to drive strategy and execution. Leadership, professionalism, and customer-focused mindset. Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills. Adaptability to a high-pressured environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet; ability to calculate pricing and quotes. Analytical and problem-solving abilities; advanced sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills for presenting information and handling inquiries from managers, staff, customers, and regulatory bodies. Proficiency in world geography, import/export documentation, and Incoterms. Physical Demands

Frequent standing and walking; regular sitting for extended periods. Frequent use of arms for computer and phone use; clear speaking voice and attentive listening for heavy phone contact.
