Contracts: Review and assist in negotiating vendor contracts, ensuring they align with regulations and organizational goals. Collaboration: Serve as the primary communication liaison, providing legal support across the organization. Research: Conduct legal research and contribute to policy development and innovative strategies. Qualifications
Juris Doctor Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges Strong organizational skills Recent law school graduate seeking admission to the MA bar Benefits
