Accounts Payable Specialist . This is not just another AP role; it's a pivotal opportunity to join a Corporate Headquarters establishing a new
Shared Service Center , where your expertise will be critical in integrating and optimizing AP functions across multiple divisions.

The Mission: What You\'ll Achieve Here As our Accounts Payable Specialist, you won’t just process invoices—you’ll be instrumental in shaping a best-in-class AP function. Within your first year, you will:
Achieve Full-Cycle AP Excellence:
Master and execute the end-to-end accounts payable process for multiple divisions, consistently processing a
high volume of invoices with a 99.5% accuracy rate
and a
48-hour turnaround from receipt .
Drive On-Time Payments & Financial Control:
Ensure
100% of vendor payments are accurate and within terms , actively identifying and capturing early-payment discounts. You will contribute to crucial cash forecasting by providing weekly vendor payment estimates with minimal variance.
Become a Trusted Problem-Solver:
Establish yourself as a go-to resource,
resolving over 95% of vendor and internal inquiries independently within two business days , building strong relationships and minimizing payment delays.
Guarantee Flawless Compliance & Reporting:
Take ownership of critical compliance, ensuring
100% accurate and timely preparation and filing of all Sales & Use tax and annual 1099s .
Who We\'re Looking For: Your Profile We are seeking a results-focused, highly analytical, and detail-oriented professional who brings:
Experience:
5+ years of dedicated, full-cycle Accounts Payable experience , ideally in a high-volume, multi-company, or shared services environment.
Bachelor\'s or Associate\'s degree in accounting, or equivalent proven experience.
Technical Acumen:
High proficiency in
Microsoft Excel .
Hands-on experience with modern
ERP systems
(experience with
Epicor is a significant advantage ).

You\'re a self-starter with a high-energy approach, able to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a lean, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional Communicator:
