Senior Product Manager - Supply Chain Location: Remote CST Salary: Up to $170,000 base + bonus THE COMPANY This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading national brand that is undergoing a
major digital and supply chain transformation . The business is investing heavily in modernising its technology stack, embedding AI, and moving from legacy processes into a
next-gen, data-driven operating model . With direct-to-consumer revenues exceeding $80M annually, supply chain is the backbone of the organisation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming how products are sourced, shipped, and delivered to customers, while reducing delivery lifecycles and driving significant operational efficiencies. THE ROLE As a
Senior Product Manager , you will report directly to the VP of Product and take full ownership of the strategy, execution, and delivery across critical supply chain initiatives. You will lead a team of 4 Product Owners (covering architecture, APIs, legacy services, and backend) and their development teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment and delivery against high-impact business goals. Key responsibilities include: Own and deliver major supply chain transformation initiatives
including warehouse migration from legacy to 3PL, NetSuite implementation, and vendor returns transition. Lead and mentor 4 Product Owners
and their teams, ensuring upstream and downstream impacts are understood and managed. Drive AI-driven automation
into the order lifecycle, proactively identifying and resolving issues across vendors and customers. Partner with senior stakeholders across operations, engineering, and business units to define requirements, set timelines, and communicate progress. Shape and execute the product roadmap, ensuring all initiatives are data-driven and aligned with wider business strategy. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE To be successful in this role, you will need: 7+ years of Product Management experience , including leadership of other Product Owners or teams. Strong background in
supply chain, logistics, or eCommerce
with exposure to both
legacy and modern systems . Proven experience delivering large-scale transformations in a
fast-paced, non-bureaucratic environment . Critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and drive clarity across teams. Consultancy background (Senior Manager level or equivalent) is highly advantageous. Experience with
AI and automation
