Plan, coordinate, and oversee all campus events, meetings, and catered functions Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and catering partners from start to finish Ensure flawless service delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction Lead, train, and motivate banquet and service staff for smooth execution Collaborate with culinary, operations, and administrative teams to manage logistics Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the planning and execution process Qualifications
