General Manager
to join their growing team in
Maryland . Position: General Manager overseeing 3 branches in the MD area. Total Compensation - $250k+. Will pay for relocation. The Market Leader drives growth, profitability, and operational excellence across assigned branches. This role is accountable for leading branch teams, building a strong customer-first culture, and ensuring alignment with REECE’s core values. Responsibilities
Leadership & Communication:
Inspire teams with a clear vision, provide regular updates, and share market insights to drive performance. Customer Focus:
Establish and maintain a culture of exceptional service and proactive selling across branches. Financial Management:
Develop and execute sales strategies, manage P&L, and analyze results to maximize revenue, margin, and productivity. People Development:
Lead and coach branch managers, drive talent development, oversee recruitment, and manage performance. Operations:
Ensure daily branch operations exceed expectations, enforce compliance and safety standards, and optimize efficiency using KPIs. Seniorities
