We are seeking a Director of Operations for our Commercial Products (Restaurants, Spas, Clubhouses, etc.). This established private master-planned community spans more than 11 square miles and features an investment of more than $450 million in amenities for every season. The ideal candidate will lead a team building luxury commercial projects and deliver medium-scale commercial projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of commercial construction operations. Oversee multiple projects from preconstruction through completion. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals. Mentor and develop project teams. Contribute to business development and strategic planning. Qualifications
15+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
