Career Opportunity: Chief Medical Officer Location: Cincinnati, OH Organization: The HealthCare Connection (THCC) About THCC: Founded in 1967, THCC was Ohio’s first Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Our mission is to provide quality, culturally sensitive and accessible primary healthcare services focusing on the medically underserved, underinsured and uninsured. THCC is recognized as a Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), the highest level of recognition for quality care. We operate two primary care locations and six school-based health centers serving over 20,000 patients, with services in Primary Care, Infectious Disease, Substance Use, Integrated Behavioral Health, Dental Services, Women’s Health, and Pharmacy. Position Summary: Lead Clinical Excellence & Advance Health Equity Do you have leadership, clinical expertise, and a passion for improving patient care? Do you want to serve an at-risk population in a mission-driven organization with a consistent schedule? If so, THCC in Cincinnati, OH invites you to apply for the role of Chief Medical Officer (CMO). As Chief Medical Officer, you will provide leadership, direction, and management of all THCC clinical services. You will oversee all physicians, nurses, and clinical staff (employees, contractors, and volunteers) and ensure THCC’s healthcare services meet or exceed accrediting, regulatory, and funding standards.
