About Us Medical Director Services was founded in 2016 when SNFs were shifting a focus on value while treating residents with a higher level of acuity. MDS PC emphasizes quality and customer service, and aims to treat in place when possible to reduce unnecessary hospitalizations. We provide medical services in SNF settings with understanding of the survey process and experience with facilities that have specialty units, including care for residents on ventilation. We coordinate with surrounding hospitals to ensure continuity of care and focus on reducing medication use and narcotics/psych meds, with well-documented medication decisions to avoid facility citations.
