Medical Director Services was founded in 2016 when SNFs were shifting a focus on value while treating residents with a higher level of acuity. MDS PC emphasizes quality and customer service, with a focus on treating in place when possible and reducing unnecessary hospitalizations. We provide medical services in SNF settings and coordinate with surrounding hospitals to ensure continuity of care. We focus on reducing medication use and managing narcotics and psychotropic medications appropriately, with thorough documentation to prevent facility citations.
