Start Date: ASAP Duration: indefinite Hours: 20-30 Location: Hybrid – Atlanta, GA Compensation: $85-90/hour (commensurate with experience) Responsibilities

Draft and prepare Motions for Summary Judgment (MSJ) for commercial litigation and domestic relations cases. Draft and finalize complaints for filing in various jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with procedural requirements. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies, including motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Perform detailed document analysis, including reviewing contracts, discovery materials, and case-related evidence to identify key issues and develop legal arguments. Support lead attorneys in case preparation for mediation and trial, including organizing exhibits and preparing trial materials. Occasionally attend depositions with lead attorney at the IBM Building in Midtown Atlanta. Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to manage case files and ensure timely filing of documents. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed to advance case objectives. Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on commercial litigation and/or domestic relations. Proven experience drafting Motions for Summary Judgment and complaints. Familiarity with California or Florida civil procedure and filing requirements is preferred but not required. Experience with mediation and deposition processes preferred. Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents. Strong analytical skills for document review and case strategy development. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
