We are seeking a passionate HR Specialist to join our exceptional team. This role involves managing recruitment, enhancing employee relations and ensuring seamless HR operations. Manage recruitment processes. Enhance employee relations. Ensure seamless HR operations. Contribute to a dynamic hotel brand and provide value to a top-tier team. Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
One year of Human Resources experience required. Strong preference for experience in a hospitality or service industry. Must have strong organizational & communication skills, and a professional presence. Must have a solid business focus in addition to effective interpersonal skills. Physical Requirements:
