Requirements: 6+ years of experience in General Liability litigation. Proven record of success in handling complex general liability cases. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of legal practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Member of the California Bar in good standing. A strong history of job stability and positive professional references. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active membership in the California State Bar. Skills: Exceptional legal research and writing skills. Strong litigation and negotiation skills. Leadership and team management experience. Excellent client service and relationship-building capabilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
