Commercial Account Director , will be responsible for expanding business within existing accounts concentrating on Biologics. The role is remote and strategically located near the sites or regional accounts they support. This position should be based on the East Coast, US and UK, Denmark or Central Europe. Company Overview

Key Responsibilities
Represent FUJIFILM Biotechnologies Biologics capabilities for organizations within the designated region.
Expand new CDMO business for FUJIFILM.
Develop account plans.
Present account plans to executive leadership with a strategic how-to-win mindset.
Expand and develop scope and set up strategic contractual agreements with respective clients.
Keep systems and leadership up to date with customer needs and account goals.
Represent FUJIFILM Biotechnologies at conferences and tradeshows.
Partner with Commercial Solutions team to ensure all technical scope and business solutions support customer needs.
Provide customer feedback to teams to enhance future solutions.
Partner with Program Management to ensure project execution, new scope, and changing business needs support customer and FUJIFILM needs.
Skills & Talent Required
Strong knowledge of the CDMO service industry and understanding of customer needs to be successful. Ability to manage complex project-based challenges with a solution-oriented mindset that results in clear, simple options to navigate customer and internal needs. Proactive relationship manager who seeks to collaborate with teams of people to drive results for a team. Intermediate understanding of financials and long-term strategic planning. Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related field is essential. Advanced business or science degree preferred.
Essential experience: 12 years of progressive experience including 5+ years of relevant senior-level business experience (business development, account management, program management) in the biopharmaceutical area.
Advanced understanding of CDMO service industry and organizational structures.
Expert insight or experience with IP and legal issues.
Advanced ability to write business documents.
Negotiation skills.
Advanced presentation skills.
Scope & Accountability
Work in close alignment with global directors on account growth and shifts in customer dynamics.
Open communication with Demand Planning to ensure sites are clear on pending customer needs.
Collaborate with Legal and Commercial Solutions to ensure FUJIFILM business needs are appropriately addressed.
Collaborate with site and project teams to drive support for customer programs.
Work with commercial leadership teams and sites to address customer needs.
Directly contribute to top-line sales growth through expansion of business in existing accounts.
