is hiring a Director, Commercial Demand Planner for Biologics. The role is remote and strategically located near sites, ideally East Coast, US and UK or Denmark. Job Overview The purpose of the Director, Commercial Demand Planner for Biologics is to develop robust demand and capacity plans aligned with future growth strategies for the biologics network across global sites. The position is remote and strategically located near the sites. Key Responsibilities
Design and implement demand planning processes and tools that translate commercial signals into effective S&OP planning. Develop and manage a 24-month rolling forecast of planned demand and revenue in collaboration with site and commercial finance partners. Report and present on global demand and capacity signals. Assess and define asset portfolio needs to deliver profitable revenue targets. Keep leadership up to date with customer needs and asset goals. Partner with site leadership teams to define capacity planning and discuss expected commercial timelines and demand. Build strong partnerships with supply chain, sales, and commercial solutions teams to align demand planning with scope and timelines. Collaborate with program management teams at global sites to improve planned vs actual processes. Scope & Accountability
Collaborate with sites across the FUJIFILM Life Sciences Biotechnologies network and with site leadership, finance, and supply chain teams to define and plan demand and capacity. Collaborate with the global commercial organization to ensure alignment between scope, timeline, and S&OP processes. Escalate customer needs and account data to Executive Leadership Team to influence business strategy, commercial strategies, and asset strategies, and provide information to FUJIFILM Corporate. Set top-line budget goals for assets and assess risks and opportunities to deliver the 24-month strategic plan. Represent commercial strategies for growth and development to fill capacity across global biologic assets to the Commercial Leadership Team. Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related field is essential. 12+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, and operational capabilities is essential. Advanced collaboration, communication, data analysis, and forecasting skills. Mastery knowledge of demand planning and senior-level experience in supply chain management, commercial operations, forecasting, and relevant business tools. Ability to influence senior managers across global organizations and build credible relationships. Strong prioritization, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication. This position is an individual contributor role with flexible remote work near supported sites or regional commercial hubs. Additional Information
Salary ranges: US base range is $180,000 to $240,000 (varies by location and experience). UK and Denmark ranges vary by location and experience.
