This position is responsible for all Supply Chain activities including Demand Planning, Sourcing, Inventory, Shipping, and Logistics. This function will in time manage Voyager supply chain and will report to EVP of Manufacturing. We are looking for someone that has thrived in a complex regulated environment and has the ability to collaborate at multiple levels. Responsibilities

Provide effective supplier management to ensure a consistent flow of components to meet customer demand. Resolve procurement and inventory control issues in coordination with Engineering and Operations. Select and manage contract manufacturing suppliers. Develop, lead and motivate the Supply Chain organization through the effective use of supply chain dashboards. Establish a supplier quoting process and strategy in support Voyager customer proposal process. Negotiate supplier contracts with an emphasis on cost reduction and identifying opportunities for aggregating spend and leveraging a collective purchasing power across the enterprise. Develop and build tools to simulate the effect of operational/strategic decision making (e.g., make / buy). Develop and implement successful supplier risk mitigation plans to avoid risks that can have a major impact on overall program cost and schedule. Manage critical inventory processes such as cycle counting, planning parameters, capacity analysis and demand planning processes. Other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field 7-10 years of related Supply Chain Management leadership experience Experience with printed circuit board assembly Basic understanding of FAR/DFAR/ITAR Demonstrated progressive career development with increasing responsibilities within SCM Demonstrated knowledge of production flow, planning and inventory management, and documentation procedures Demonstrated business and financial acumen Strategic sourcing experience Demonstrated experience in leading and setting direction for teams, including motivating, influencing and driving change at all levels of the organization Clear demonstrated perspective and understanding of factors impacting the business and our suppliers Ability to travel up to 20% Preferred Qualifications

Can work in NetSuite and various ERP systems Salary
