Mentor and support product team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthtech, consulting, or startups
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects on time
Strong analytical skills with experience using data for decision-making
Exceptional communication skills to align stakeholders and engineers
Passion for the employer’s mission and commitment to expanding access to healthcare
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in building and scaling user-centered digital products
Background in a fast-paced startup environment
Familiarity with compliance and quality standards in healthcare
Ability to advocate for patients and providers by understanding their needs
