The Global Service Leader, Brand Navigator, is a senior hybrid role combining deep technical expertise with a sharp understanding of the business landscape. This role leads the creation and execution of the Brand Navigator service, ensuring it is commercially viable and strategically aligned with Ipsos goals. The Global Service Leader drives the strategic vision, development, and execution of global and innovative solutions across Service Lines on Brand Management to generate new revenue streams for Ipsos. What you can expect to be doing

Service Strategy and Commercial Viability Align the Service strategy with client business questions on Brand Management. Conduct market and trend analysis to identify opportunities for new solutions, with focus on the US market (Big Tech, FMCG, Services) and major markets including UK, CN, FR, DE, IN, BRA, MEX. Develop business cases for the Brand Navigator service, including the Brand Intelligence Platform, forecasting potential revenue and investments year by year. Define and manage the Service roadmap to align with strategic goals and market demands. Manage costs and margins to meet quality and profitability targets. Technical Development and Leadership Lead the development lifecycle of the Brand Intelligence Platform from idea to launch and beyond. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. Oversee prototyping, testing, and iteration to ensure product quality and performance. Develop and maintain detailed product documentation and specifications. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication Engage with marketing, sales, engineering, and design to ensure alignment and a unified vision. Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Manage supplier and partner relationships, including contract negotiations and timely delivery. Team Leadership Lead and mentor teams, building project teams for the development and review of the Service. Foster a collaborative, cross-functional environment with product development, engineering, and marketing teams. Establish strong relationships with external partners, including technology vendors, clients, and industry experts. What success in this role looks like

Accountable for the commercial success of the Brand Navigator service. Generate a new revenue stream globally for the Brand Navigator and contribute to revenue across Service Lines on Brand Management. Grow Brand business market share, measured by growth rate in the Brand domain versus competitors. Team Leadership and Development

Inspire and lead teams across top markets, starting with the US. Foster cross-functional collaboration across engineering, marketing, client service, and other teams. Cultivate a strong product culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. This might be the job for you if you have

15+ years of experience in market research, brand management (ideally Brand Tracking), innovation or product development with a focus on IT/TECH dimensions Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and launching new products or services Deep understanding of brand health tracking methodologies, data analysis, and market research principles Strong knowledge of digital technologies and their application in market research and brand management Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable innovation strategies Experience managing budgets and resources effectively Note: If you don’t meet 100% of the requirements, we encourage all who feel they might be a fit to apply. Salary information: In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $210,000 to $240,000.
