Global Service Leader, Brand Navigator is a valuable hybrid talent that blends deep technical expertise with a sharp understanding of the business landscape. This role leads the creation and execution of a new service (Brand Navigator) and ensures it is commercially viable and strategically aligned with Ipsos’s goals. The Global Service Leader drives the strategic vision, development, and execution of global and innovative solutions across Service Lines on Brand Management to generate a new stream of revenue for Ipsos. What You Can Expect To Be Doing

Service Strategy and Commercial Viability

A key responsibility is to ensure that the Service strategy aligns with client business questions on Brand Management. Market and Trend Analysis: analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for new solutions (focus on US markets and major markets such as UK, CN, FR, DE, IN, BRA, MEX). Business Case Development: create compelling business cases for the Brand Navigator service, including the Brand Intelligence Platform, with revenue and investment forecasts year by year. Service Roadmap: define and manage the Service roadmap to align with strategic goals and market demands. Cost and Margin Management: manage product costs to meet quality and margin targets. Technical Development and Leadership

Involved in the technical development of the Brand Intelligence Platform delivery platform. Full Lifecycle Management: lead the product development lifecycle from idea to launch and beyond. Technical Guidance: provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. Prototyping, Testing, and Documentation: oversee prototypes, testing, and maintain detailed product specifications and requirements documentation. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication

Engage with stakeholders across marketing, sales, engineering, and design to ensure alignment. Translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences. Manage supplier and partner relationships, including contract negotiations and ensuring timely delivery of components or services. Team Leadership

Lead and mentor others; build and manage project teams for development and review of the Service. Foster a collaborative, cross-functional environment with product development, engineering, and marketing teams. Establish strong relationships with external partners, including technology vendors, clients, and industry experts. What Success In This Role Looks Like

Accountable for the commercial success of the new Service Brand Navigator. New revenue streams generated globally across Brand Management services. Expansion of Brand business market share and growth relative to competitors. Leadership effectiveness, team development, and cross-functional collaboration that drives product innovation. Qualifications: This might be the job for you if you have

15+ years of experience in market research, brand management (ideally Brand Tracking), innovation or product development with a focus on IT/TECH dimensions. Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and launching new products or services. Deep understanding of brand health tracking methodologies, data analysis techniques, and market research principles. Strong knowledge of digital technologies and their application in market research and brand management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable innovation strategies. Experience managing budgets and resources effectively. In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range is $210,000 to $240,000.
