Global Service Leader - Brand Navigator at Ipsos in US. The Global Service Leader is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the strategic vision, development, and execution of global and innovative solutions across Service Lines on Brand Management, with the aim of generating a new revenue stream for Ipsos. What You Can Expect To Be Doing

Service Strategy and Commercial Viability Ensure the Service strategy aligns with client questions on Brand Management. Market and Trend Analysis: analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for new solutions, focusing on the US (Big tech companies, FMCG, Services) and major markets (UK, CN, FR, DE, IN, BRA, MEX, etc.). Business Case Development: create compelling business cases for the Brand Navigator service (including the Brand Intelligence Platform) with revenue and investment forecasts year by year. Service Roadmap: define and manage the roadmap to align with company goals and market demands. Cost and Margin Management: manage product costs to meet quality and margin targets. Technical Development and Leadership Lead the development of the Brand Intelligence Platform through its full lifecycle from idea to launch and beyond. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. Oversee prototyping, testing, and iteration to ensure product quality and performance. Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for product specifications and requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication Engage with marketing, sales, engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and a unified vision. Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and translate business needs into technical requirements. Manage relationships with external suppliers and partners, including negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of components or services. Team Leadership Build and mentor project teams for the development and review of the Service. Foster a collaborative, cross-functional environment with product development, engineering, and marketing teams. Develop strong relationships with external partners, including technology vendors, clients, and industry experts. What Success In This Role Looks Like

Accountability for the commercial success of the Brand Navigator service. New revenue generated globally by the Brand Navigator contributing to total revenue across Brand Management. Market share growth in the Brand domain relative to competitors. Team Leadership and Development

Inspire and lead a high-performing team of Service managers in key markets, starting with the US. Foster cross-functional collaboration across engineering, marketing, and Client Service teams. Cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications and Experience

15+ years in market research, brand management (ideally Brand Tracking), innovation, or product development with a focus on IT/TECH dimensions. Proven track record leading innovation initiatives and launching new products or services. Deep understanding of brand health tracking methodologies, data analysis techniques, and market research principles. Strong knowledge of digital technologies and their application in market research and brand management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Strategic thinker capable of translating market insights into actionable innovation strategies. Experience managing budgets and resources effectively. Salary information: The estimated base salary range for this role is $210,000 to $240,000, with final base salary determined by location, experience, skills, knowledge, education, and/or certifications.
