What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in ad sales, preferably in offerwall, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing
Proven track record of exceeding ad revenue targets
Strong understanding of the offerwall ecosystem and its key players
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Existing network of contacts within the advertising industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
