They are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented VP of Finance to join their senior leadership team and drive the next phase of financial infrastructure and reporting excellence. This is a high-impact, high-visibility opportunity for a hands-on accounting and finance leader who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and is excited to contribute to strategic decision-making while leading day-to-day accounting and reporting operations. Key Responsibilities
Lead all accounting operations, including the general ledger, monthly close, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting Manage company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes Oversee technical accounting areas including revenue recognition, compliance, and audit readiness Design and implement internal controls, policies, and scalable procedures to support growth Drive ERP implementation and automation to improve financial efficiency Deliver timely, accurate financial statements and strategic insights to leadership Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, operations, and product teams Serve as a primary liaison to external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders Ideal Candidate
Profile: 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience across public and private company environments CPA required; MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus Prior experience in credit, lending, or financial services preferred Strong foundation in technical accounting, financial systems, and team leadership Comfortable in dynamic, high-growth settings with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Seniority level
