What The Job's All About:

The Director of Corporate Accounting will lead general ledger accounting for complex technical transactions, oversee financial reporting analysis, and ensure SOX compliance. This hands-on leader will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage cross-functional projects, and bring strong technical expertise. What You’ll Do

Partner with Technical Accounting on complex transactions. Lead integration of acquired businesses and accounting functions. Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, SOX, and internal policies. Collaborate with local controllers on financial analysis and process standardization. Develop and document company-wide accounting policies. Review journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules. Support internal/external audits and financial disclosures. Manage stock compensation accounting and administration. Partner with international teams to ensure accurate consolidated reporting. Contribute to special projects and ad hoc requests. Travel: 10–20% Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including 4+ years managing teams. Strong technical accounting knowledge and SOX experience. Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables). Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills. Hands-on, results-driven leader with the ability to meet tight deadlines. CPA license Big 4 or large regional public accounting experience. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar accounting software. Hiring Details
