We\'re hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to join the Finance team. This role will focus on investigating, reviewing, and resolving customer claims while maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors, and supporting accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and able to balance accuracy with efficiency in a fast-paced environment. With decades of experience, they pride themselves on building strong partnerships with our growers, customers, and community while delivering quality and service at every step. Key Responsibilities

Review, research, and resolve customer claims and discrepancies related to billing, pricing, and payments. Communicate with customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to gather supporting documentation and resolve issues promptly. Post payments, adjustments, and credit memos in accordance with company policies. Monitor outstanding AR balances and follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of claims. Maintain detailed claim documentation for auditing and reporting purposes. Support the AR Manager and accounting team with other duties as needed. Qualifications

Bilingual: English & Spanish required. 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, accounting, or customer claims resolution (produce/food distribution industry experience a plus). What is offered
