to join us in a full-time role at our

Evanston, IL

office. Our Evanston practice (1601 Sherman, Suite B, Evanston, IL 60201) is located at Fountain Square in downtown Evanston and comprised of 7 vibrant, spacious operatories. Dawes Park is nearby along the shore of Lake Michigan. The ideal candidate is a skilled doctor focused on providing excellent comprehensive dentistry and is a positive influence on the employee culture. Compensation:

32.5%

of adjusted net production (with daily rate through first three months)

Signing bonus:

$5,000.00

Annual earnings of

$254,000

(avg, 1st year)

Responsibilities

Provide consultation with patients, discuss and treat dental concerns, perform regular cleanings and other preventative procedures, and establish a comprehensive treatment plan for better dental hygiene and positive restorative outcomes.

Perform dental procedures such as extractions, root canals, and filling cavities.

Correct bite issues and overcrowding.

Apply preventative measures for teeth, such as sealants or whiteners.

Prescribe medications such as pain medications or antibiotics.

Utilize tools such as drills, probes, brushes to examine and treat teeth.

Keep accurate records relating to the patient’s oral health and the treatment rendered.

Manage positively and communicate with the team to provide outstanding care to patients.

Diagnose, plan treatment, and diagnose oral disease and oral manifestations of systemic diseases.

Routine follow-up with patients via phone or email.

Manage patient experiences and expectations to create positive outcomes.

Qualifications

Active IL state dental license (and malpractice insurance).

Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and healthcare.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to keep detailed records.

Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and thorough treatment planning skills.

Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.

Ability to manage dental complications for any procedure performed on a patient.

Implant placement/advanced certification if placing implants or performing specialty work.

Ability to adapt to Dentologie’s learning environment and be willing to accept constructive feedback to further enhance skills.
