General Dentist

What we offer you:
Compensation:
32.5%
of adjusted net production (with daily rate through first three months)
Signing bonus:
$5,000.00*
Annual earnings of
$254,000
(average, 1st year)
50-70 new patients per month (average)
8-12 treatment patients per shift (plus hygiene checks with our hygienists)
Balanced Monday-Friday schedule (average 34-37 hours) with 1 Saturday per month
Full benefits including a commuter allowance and scrubs

Development Track: includes a 3-month continuum,
implant training , and live endodontic workshops
Industry leading technology and equipment:
Cloud-based Dentrix Ascend DPMS
Advanced imaging with Dexis sensors and cone beam at all locations, Dexis OP3D
iTero 5D Plus and/or iTero Lumina
In-house milling with Glidewell’s FastMill for same-day zirconia crowns
DCI Series 5 chairs with integrated electric motors and built-in piezos for restorative and endodontic procedures
High-quality materials from Kerr, 3M, Coltene, and more
Orthodontic services via Invisalign with Vivera retainers as standard
Responsibilities:
Consult with patients, discuss concerns, perform cleanings, and establish treatment plans
Perform procedures such as extractions, root canals, and fillings, and correct bite issues and overcrowding
Apply preventative measures and prescribe medications as needed
Keep accurate records of treatments and manage patient care and expectations
Diagnose and plan treatments for oral and systemic diseases
Follow-up with patients post-treatment via phone or email
Qualifications:
Active Washington state dental license and malpractice insurance
Willingness to comply with all relevant laws and regulations
Excellent communication skills and detailed record-keeping
Thorough knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and treatment planning
Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities
Ability to manage complications and perform advanced procedures, including implant placement if certified
Willingness to learn and accept feedback to enhance skills
