Spearhead high-performing cross-functional teams comprising senior managers, employees, SAP consultants, and external vendors. Cultivate synergy among IT, business units, and external partners to drive seamless integration and user adoption. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5 years of ERP or related IT/business systems experience Proven expertise in Order-to-Cash (SD, LE, MM) and Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) processes Experience in leading Process Innovation (PI) initiatives and driving cross-functional collaboration Broad business process knowledge in Billing & Invoicing, Compliance & Tax, Customer & Order Management, Master Data & Inventory Management, RMA, Logistics, and Reporting & Analytics Working knowledge of FI/CO sufficient for collaboration (business/system operations perspective) Hands-on experience in ERP system configuration, process mapping, and data governance Strong track record in ERP reporting & analytics, project execution, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement Direct customer communication experience, including translating requirements into ERP solutions Experience with SAP TM (Transportation Management), SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), or SAP Analytics tools (SAC, BW/4HANA) is desirable Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori/UI5 is a plus (business/system operations perspective) Exposure to Sales-related systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders Benefits Summary
