Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis. Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met. Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements. Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities with strong business acumen and stay current with industry trends relevant to the client. Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep key stakeholders informed to consistently deliver high-quality client services. Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels to foster collaboration and trust. Lead and motivate diverse teams, provide coaching, and foster an innovative, inclusive, and team-oriented environment while mentoring junior consultants. Identify and generate new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines and proactively addressing client needs; cultivate long-term client relationships across EY practices. Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred. Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience. At least five (5) years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) within a functional consulting or system configuration role. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project-based team members. Knowledge of supply chain best practices and advisory experience related to supply chain-specific technology functions. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues (regulations, industry practices, new technologies). Willingness to travel up to 40-60% as required by client needs. Experience with technology cost-benefit analyses and familiarity with technology business architecture frameworks. Skills in training design and delivery. Ideally, you’ll also have
Prior consulting industry experience. SAP certifications. Experience as a workstream/team lead for manufacturing with SAP. Experience with at least two full lifecycle SAP ERP implementations (ECC and/or S/4HANA) focusing on PP; experience with MRP. Experience integrating SAP PP with MES and QM. Hands-on SAP PP configuration experience and ability to design RICEF solutions and write functional specifications. Experience writing and executing test scripts and training materials for end users. Knowledge of integration between SAP PP and FICO, EWM, PPDS, PLM, MDM, Materials Management. Understanding of manufacturing operations, preferably in complex industrial settings, and knowledge of Make to Stock and Make/Engineer/Configure to Order models. What We Look For
