The Content Coordinator role is a lead professional position responsible for coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency across various marketing channels, while also assisting in project management and studio scheduling.
Core Responsibilities
Using tools and processes for asset creation and management to ensure efficient content delivery, discovery, transparency and tracking, reducing content duplication
Working with the Head of Studio and Studio team to ensure booking and coordination of the studio space is scheduled properly and utilized to the maximum capacity
Coordinate and deliver content that provides a premium and memorable experience for shoppers and consumers
Utilize digital tools across the marketing ecosystem to effectively and safely promote our brand in OESP channels (Owned, Earned, Shared and Paid) while ensuring a high standard of quality that stays within all brand guidelines
Join the team to help provide brand governance to multiple projects and external partners
Collaborate across global teams with colleagues to meet campaign achievements and deliverables
Collaborate with external partners including creative agencies, marketing agencies, media agencies, specialists, etc. to ensure the highest level of campaign execution
Assist project management and trafficking of assets
Stay on top of industry trends, evolving technology, and new marketing platforms

The Content Coordinator is responsible for organizing, updating, collecting, distributing and uploading content created by the LEGO internal Agency and its partners. Working with creative direction, you will take part in the distribution and usage of best-in-class brand expressions across all aspects of an OESP ecosystem.

We are looking for an experienced and well-rounded Content Coordinator to drive content management and studio scheduling while being a part of a dynamic team of creatives. The ideal candidate approaches projects with a passionate and solution-based mindset and can manage content in a fast-paced global environment.
Activities may include
Ability to book and schedule studio space effectively
Organizational abilities to manage multiple projects
Clear comprehension of business requirements and target audience to develop diverse creative projects
Familiarity of the LEGO design guidelines and production feasibility
Understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies to maintain cohesive messaging across platforms
Coordinate and organize visual content across various media to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate customers
Previous experience working in a production or photography studio is a plus

This position will be based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA.

Compensation The salary for this position has a range of $72,885.00 - $109,327.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
