As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded, and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our downtown Denver office, you will focus on the support, development and maintenance of the Human Resource Management Systems, including: Oracle HRMS; Oracle Advanced Benefits; Compensation Workbench; LMS; Time and Labor; and other accompanying software and modules. This role will help identify, initiate, test and implement new system functionality, system modifications and enhancements. The ability to recognize areas for process improvement and develop solutions is critical to this role. Support Oracle 11i core system, Compensation Workbench, Oracle Advanced Benefits. Provide system administration support for the Performance Management system and SharePoint site. Run reports using Discoverer. Perform testing for Oracle upgrades and patches and coordinate testing with other departments. Develop, document, implement and maintain related policies and procedures designed to collect, record and process employee information. Participate in systems implementation, enhancements and upgrades. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, writing functional specifications, developing test plans, leading functional user testing, and assessing system readiness for deployment. Maintain the Gates organizational structure. Maintain entry of master data at Headquarters and serve as a resource and SME for plant personnel. Conduct periodic audits of data to ensure accuracy. Propose and/or participate in process improvements to advance and improve current HR systems processes including documenting business requirements and testing solutions. Troubleshoot functional issues identified by the team. Develop and conduct training for users on various systems. Supervisory Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (required). 5 years of experience within HRIS and/or IT. Oracle HR experience - preferred. Critical thinker with exceptional ability to identify and resolve gaps in processes and business practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot issues and prioritize. Outstanding organizational skills; attention to detail. Strong follow-through skills and strong sense of ownership. Ability to multi-task and problem-solve with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional project management skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees across multiple functions (IT, payroll, etc.); strong customer service focus. Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Access database skills a plus. Resourcefulness to work independently; flexibility to work as a team player. Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete integrity. Ability to respond and adapt to change. Proactive and results-oriented. Willingness to learn and think outside the box. Excited to work in the office with great teammates. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. Pay & Benefits

Full-Time Salary Range: $92,000 - $102,000 Not bonus eligible Relocation is not provided Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days.
