Client Engagement Executive - Remote Work at BairesDev. Joined as part of a team of executives, this individual contributor role involves seeking new business opportunities by contacting leads, developing relationships, and converting leads into clients. Some travel may be required, and there are opportunities for leadership for top performers. Location: San Francisco, CA Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 Responsibilities

Respond quickly and efficiently to a high volume of inbound leads. Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking and social media. Effectively present our company to potential clients through remote and in-person meetings. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients. What we are looking for (Requirements)

Mandatory: Minimum of 5 years B2B Field sales experience targeting US clientele. Proven results of closing deals and developing long term relationships with clients. Experience hunting new clients, cold calling and closing deals. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. Must be located in San Francisco or New York. Experience selling staff augmentation services (on-site or off-shore). Knowledge of SDLC terminology, processes and roles. Experience in similar positions in software development outsourcing industries. Experience working in a remote environment. Experience with LATAM software outsourcing.
