Responsibilities
Respond quickly and efficiently to a high volume of inbound leads.
Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking and social media.
Effectively present BairesDev to potential clients through remote and in‑person meetings.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years B2B field sales experience targeting US clientele.
Proven results of closing deals and developing long‑term relationships with clients.
Experience hunting new clients, cold calling and closing deals.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Must be located in San Francisco or New York.
Experience selling staff augmentation services (on‑site or off‑shore).
Knowledge of SDLC terminology, processes and roles.
Experience in companies offering software development outsourcing.
Experience working in a remote environment.
Experience with LATAM software outsourcing.
