Senior Analyst – FDB SSO Location: Pentagon, Washington, D.C. | Clearance Required: Active Secret (TS/SCI preferred) | Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site | Contract Type: Support Services Contract – DCS G-8 Force Development Directorate | Period of Performance: Base + 4 Option Years (5 Years Total) Overview

The Senior Analyst – FDB SSO will provide expert-level support to the Force Development Directorate’s Full Dimension Protection Division (FDB) within HQDA DCS G-8. This role supports Army equipment modernization and strategic planning across portfolios including Engineer, Military Police (MP), Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) systems. Responsibilities

Perform requirements development, validation, and prioritization in support of Army modernization. Analyze and support JCIDS documentation (ICD, CDD, A-CDD, etc.) and Operational Needs Statements (ONS). Develop investment and resourcing options for Army and Joint programs. Support PPBE and POM development, including SPAR briefings and program reviews. Coordinate with ASA(ALT), TRADOC, AFC, AMC, FORSCOM, and other stakeholders. Prepare and deliver briefings, EXSUMs, and information papers for senior Army leaders. Maintain situational awareness of assigned programs and provide rapid response analysis. Support equipment allocation planning and distribution coordination with ASC (LMI). Respond to RFIs and support Congressional testimony preparation. Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or related field. Foundational level of tactical and operational experience in Army units with equipment in Engineer, MP, EOD, and CBRN domains. Experience: Minimum 4 years in Army Force Development or related duties. Clearance: Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred. Operational Knowledge: Tactical/operational experience with Engineer, MP, EOD, and CBRN equipment. Certifications (Desirable): HTAR; RQM 1010 / CLR 101: JCIDS Introduction; RQM 110: Core Concepts for Requirements Management; RQM 310: Advanced Concepts and Skills; CLR 151: Analysis of Alternatives; CLR 250: Capabilities Based Assessments; CLR 252: Developing Performance Attributes. Preferred Skills

Strong understanding of Army acquisition processes (DoDI 5000.2). Familiarity with AE2S-M, CAMS, cQUIP, and other Army resource systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-tempo environments. Experience briefing senior military and civilian leadership. Benefits
