Our client, a leader in the financial services industry is seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a C-Suite executive leader and Founder. This is a pivotal role for a self-starter who thrives on responsibility, excels in a fast-paced environment, and has a natural ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly. This position provides an incredible platform for opportunity and development within the wider scope of financial technology and investments / capital raising. We are looking for someone eager and truly happy to work in a support role for a very busy executive leader. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive executive and personal support to a C-Suite leader, including managing a busy calendar, coordinating meetings, and handling high-level correspondence. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional, timely, and effective communication. Assist with research materials, presentation decks, sensitive investor requests, and marketing materials. Oversee event planning and management for corporate meetings, conferences, and holiday events, with a focus on attention to detail and smooth execution. Facilitate logistics for client and guest visits as well as off-site retreats and events. Act as a strategic partner by identifying areas for process improvement, enhancing operational efficiency, and anticipating the executive’s needs before they arise. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, maintaining flexibility to accommodate shifting priorities and urgent requests. Assist with personal administrative tasks as needed, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Respond to after-hours requests as required, demonstrating availability and commitment to handling urgent needs. Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant (within professional services) with at least 2 years supporting a busy executive or team. Expert use of MS Office, Google Suite, and Outlook. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to shifting demands. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills A self-starter who takes initiative, enjoys creating efficiencies, and is proactive in identifying and solving problems. Ability to remain calm under pressure and pivot seamlessly in response to evolving priorities. High level of discretion and professionalism, especially when handling sensitive and confidential information. Salary Range is highly dependent on experience: $100,000-$120,000 base plus bonus and highly competitive 100% paid health benefits and 401K with match Seniority level
