Base pay range
$225,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr This range is provided by The Quest Organization. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial models for ground-up multi-family projects, including cash flow projections, budgeting, and forecasting. Analyze project feasibility, profitability, and risk factors to support informed decision-making. Provide actionable insights and recommendations on financial strategies and investment opportunities. Collaborate with project teams to establish and manage project budgets throughout the development lifecycle. Implement cost-control measures to enhance project profitability while upholding quality standards. Identify cost-saving initiatives and process improvements across development operations. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial requirements. Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for audits and tax filings. Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships for the company and its affiliated projects. Develop strategies to optimize cash utilization, reduce financing costs, and manage financial risks. Lead debt financing activities, including loan negotiations, debt service management, and compliance with covenants. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. At least 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with significant exposure to real estate development or construction. Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Comprehensive knowledge of real estate finance, including development pro formas, capital structuring, and investment analysis. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels. Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities. Seniority level
