Lead ServiceNow Developer – Remote – Looking for US Citizen Responsibilities
Assist requesters in refining business requirement details to ensure customers receive the requested functionality. Gain knowledge of the ServiceNow implementation to understand and identify cross‑platform impacts of changes or enhancements being requested. Design, develop, and implement solutions including custom applications, workflows, catalog items, and integrations to meet complex business requirements. Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs to extend capabilities and enhance user experience. Design and implement workflows to support business needs and increase automation. Develop and configure integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using integration spokes or custom APIs. Build and maintain custom applications following best practices to ensure performance and maintainability. Work within the Agile methodology to develop, build and test alongside other developers to ensure the best product is delivered to requestors in a timely manner. Collaborate with implementation partners or internal project teams to implement new modules as business needs evolve. Conduct regular ServiceNow version upgrades to ensure we remain compliant and supported by the vendor. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a relevant technical field. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer. At least 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, preferably across SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, and HR modules. Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices. Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow API web services. Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; effective communication and interpersonal skills. Job Details
