What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Present retirement plan and flexible spending account products to decision-makers and end-users to close new sales
Schedule appointments and visit potential referral sources, particularly within the financial advisor community
Utilize various prospecting methods, including telephone, direct mail, and seminars, to seek new clients
Analyze prospects' needs and interests to recommend appropriate products and services
Expedite the resolution of client issues to ensure satisfaction and retention
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma required
Less than 1 year of relevant experience with successful completion of training programs
2 years of experience in sales or sales management
Ability to complete accurate business paperwork and enter data into Salesforce.com
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the retirement plan or financial services industry
Proven track record of successful sales
Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
Strong analytical skills to assess client needs effectively
Previous training or certifications in sales techniques
