0.75 – 1.0 FTE family medicine with OB physician
at our Virginia Mason Medical Center regional medical center in Edmonds, Washington. Join an innovative multidisciplinary team that values work/life balance, teamwork, and patient care. Aspects of the Family Medicine with Obstetrics role include: Team-based approach:
Join three Family-OB physicians delivering at a nearby community hospital with supportive OB backup. The group averages 6-10 deliveries per month, with administrative support to grow the practice. Providers assist on C-sections, and each provider is part of a pod of 2-3 physicians, 1 ARNP or PA, 1 RN, and 1 MA, with built-in coverage and adaptability. Integrative primary care model:
Embedded pharmacists, social workers, and psychiatry providers collaborate to deliver coordinated, effective care, resulting in excellent health outcomes. Flexible schedule options:
We work with you to develop a schedule that fits your needs. Call responsibilities:
Rotate call with options to deliver your own patients. Weekend call is shared with another group, reducing weekend duties. Access to ancillary and specialty services:
Referral options to over 30 specialties within VMFH. Teaching opportunities:
Precept medical students and residents in a supportive environment, especially for providers new to practice. Learning opportunities:
Formal mentorship programs support new providers' success. Innovation:

Competitive salary range of $282,000 - $306,000/year, incentivizing quality care.
