We are currently seeking experienced MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) specializing in Cardiology. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing specialized medical care to patients with heart conditions. Your expertise will be instrumental in diagnosing, treating, and managing various cardiac issues, ensuring the well-being of our patients. As a Cardiologist you will be involved in cutting-edge cardiology projects, utilizing the latest advancements in medical technology and research. Conducting thorough patient consultations and medical examinations Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as ECGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests Developing comprehensive treatment plans for patients with heart conditions Performing interventional procedures including angioplasty and stent placement Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care Monitoring and managing patients in critical care settings Providing patient education on heart disease prevention and management Participating in research studies and clinical trials related to cardiology Requirements
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Board certification in Cardiology Valid state medical license to practice as a Cardiologist Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and treating various cardiac conditions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9-hour day shifts 1:5 shared call rotation Cases: General interventional cardiology, high-risk Impella (R) supported procedures, and structural cardiology (percutaneous PFO/ASD closure) Full support staff available EMR: Epic Must be board-certified or board-eligible Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience RVUs after 2 years Sign-on and retention bonuses Comprehensive relocation package Can sponsor H/J
