Overview
Senior Analyst - Position Navigation Timing for JRAD, supporting the US Army Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS) G-8. This is an onsite position at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA. This is a contingent hire position; employment is dependent on contract award. Regular CONUS/OCONUS travel is required. Base pay range: $110,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr. Responsibilities
Position Navigation Timing (FDC): Manage the Army’s Position Navigation and Timing program efforts. Support capability requirements validation through AROC/JROC. Develop investment strategies and program documentation. Conduct analyses for doctrine, training, and sustainment. Brief senior Army leadership and prepare Congressional testimony. Coordinate with stakeholders across DoD and industry. Support Total Army Analysis (TAA), Force Feasibility Review (FFR), and Army Equipping and Modernization Conference (AEMC) processes.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of Force Development experience at senior Army levels (e.g., HQDA, MACOMs, or Army Service Component Commands). Domain expertise in the relevant portfolio area. Familiarity with Army acquisition and modernization processes.
Certifications Desired
Requirements Management Certification Training (RMCT) Level-A or C. Must complete within 6 months: How the Army Runs (HTAR), Action Officer Integration Course (AOIC), Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) courses.
Technical Skills
Familiarity with Army databases (e.g., AE2S-M, CAMS, Cloud Eqiupping [cQUIP]). Knowledge of JCIDS, DoDI 5000.2, PPBE, and AROC processes.
Security Clearance
TS/SCI required at start of work.
