Overview

Under the direction of the Executive Director of Analytics & Optimization, the Director of Continuous Improvement leads, develops, and manages a team focused on driving operational excellence across non-gaming areas of the property, including Food & Beverage, Hotel, Security, Engineering, Environmental Services, and more. This role acts as a strategic partner and change agent to streamline processes, improve service delivery, and enhance the guest and employee experience. The position collaborates with property leadership to co-create strategic visions and implement holistic, systems-based solutions across functional areas. It requires hands-on leadership for deep-dive analysis, time and motion studies, and systems-level process evaluations.

The successful candidate will apply continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Total Quality Management) and lead change management efforts to support sustainable improvements across departments. In addition to leading a team, the incumbent will manage the full analytics lifecycle—data sourcing, cleansing, analysis, visualization, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. A strong ability to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations for operators is essential. The role also involves building and maintaining partnerships with cross-functional teams (Operations, MIS, Analytics) to ensure data integrity and support property optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to embed themselves into day-to-day operations to understand business needs and challenges. This is an on-site position. Responsibilities
