About this role: Lead and scale the accounting function at a high-growth SaaS company, overseeing all reporting, processes, controls, and systems. Own and optimize month-end, quarter-end, and annual close processes, ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate internal/external reporting. Independently manage external audits, leading the completion of our first audit and ongoing compliance. Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team, while also being willing to do a good amount of IC work. Implement systems to improve efficiency, shorten close cycles, and support growth with scalable, automated processes.
