X-ray Technologist II , based on their skills, qualifications, and experience. We encourage all qualified individuals to apply. Responsibilities include performing a variety of standardized radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations, equipment operation, and maintaining related records. Job Duties
Performs standardized radiological and fluoroscopic examinations, ensuring proper patient positioning, identification, and exposure techniques. Operates all equipment within the modality proficiently. Sets up and adjusts immobilization and radiation protective equipment and devices. Reviews and analyzes patient body size, thickness, age, physical condition, and suspected pathology for examinations. Assists physicians with various procedures. Reports equipment malfunctions and the need for adjustments or repairs. Maintains related records and notations. Participates in Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedures as required. Participates in the educational training of students. Work is typically performed in a clinical environment. The employee is accountable for satisfying all job-specific obligations and complying with all organizational policies and procedures. Education: Graduate from Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology (Required) Experience: Relevant experience preferred Certifications and Licenses: Certified Radiology Technologist (ARRT), Basic Life Support Certification Our Purpose & Values
