Perform standardized radiological and fluoroscopic examinations, ensuring proper patient positioning, identification, and exposure techniques. Operate all equipment within the modality proficiently. Set up and adjust immobilization and radiation protective equipment and devices. Review and analyze patient body size, thickness, age, physical condition, and suspected pathology during examinations. Assist physicians with various procedures. Report equipment malfunctions and the need for adjustments or repairs. Maintain related records and notations. Participate in Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedures as required. Participate in the educational training of students. Work is typically performed in a clinical environment. The role requires satisfying all job-specific obligations and complying with organizational policies and procedures.
