Title- Sr. Manager, Commercial Data Science Location - Greater Chicago, IL (2-3x week in office, relo provided) Salary- $170-180k + bonus + LTI (some wiggle room for a SUPERSTAR!) Consultant- Eda Zullo, ezullo@smithhanley.com Responsibilities
Develop machine learning, AI, and data science capabilities to support commercial strategy Identify business challenges and propose data-driven solutions Collaborate cross-functionally to generate insights that drive business and patient outcomes Build prototypes and data-driven demonstrations Lead measurement and analytics of omnichannel initiatives and campaigns Communicate insights and recommendations to leadership Requirements
Master’s + 4 years Commercial Pharma experience, Bachelor’s + 6 years Commercial Pharma experience Experience in PHARMA marketing analytics and campaign measurement Strong problem-solving, planning, and data management skills Effective communicator with a passion for learning and innovation Proficient in Python, R, or SAS, with experience in ML libraries and large datasets Login to save this search and get notified of similar positions.
