**About the Role** Qualys is seeking a **Senior Commissions Analyst** with extensive expertise in **Xactly Incent** and **Salesforce** to lead the end-to-end commissions process. This role will manage the accuracy and integrity of incentive compensation, provide strategic reporting to leadership, and ensure financial alignment of commissions with company objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in **incentive compensation systems, reporting and reconciliations of ACV, TCV, and ARR**, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement with **FP&A, Sales Operations, HR, and IT**. This is a highly visible role that combines operational rigor with analytical insight, supporting both the tactical payout cycles and the strategic evolution of our commissions framework.**Key Responsibilities** Provide **executive-level reporting** on commissions performance, compensation-to-revenue alignment, and sales productivity insights. Serve as the **primary point of contact for commissions audits, compliance reviews, and external reporting requirements**. Mentor junior team members and act as a **subject-matter expert** on incentive compensation best practices. **Qualifications & Skills** **10–12 years of experience** in commissions management, incentive compensation, or sales operations, with significant exposure to **Xactly Incent** (administration, configuration, reporting). Deep experience in **reporting and reconciliations of ACV, TCV, ARR, bookings, and revenue-related metrics**. Proven ability to partner with **FP&A teams** on forecasting, policy design, and sales incentive modeling. Strong financial and analytical acumen with proficiency in Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven experience engaging **executive stakeholders**. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, relevant experience, and work location.
