Mission or Objective of the Position: Optimize and lead the company’s strategic, commercial, and technological operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability in the delivery of specialized supplies and services across the various sectors we operate in. Responsibilities
Design and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and support short- and long-term objectives. Translate the company’s strategic vision into clear and actionable operational plans. Monitor and coordinate daily activities across various operational departments. Ensure the efficient execution of key processes in areas such as production, logistics, customer service, sales, and technology. Optimize the use of human, financial, and material resources to maximize productivity. Collaborate with the HR team to develop training programs and talent retention initiatives. Oversee the acquisition and allocation of equipment, infrastructure, and technology needed for operations. Act as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment of goals and processes. Facilitate effective communication between key areas, such as finance, sales, operations, and technology. Oversee the execution of high-impact strategic projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to define and execute corporate strategies. Represent the company to partners, clients, and other key stakeholders. Work with the CFO to evaluate the profitability and sustainability of operations. Align project execution strategies with organizational goals and renewable energy objectives. Education and formation
Engineer or Graduate • Master's or 4th level studies B2B Sales Strategy and Development of Tailored Solutions Legal and Environmental Regulations Applicable to the Industrial and Energy Sector Bilingual skills (English – Spanish). Required Work Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the energy sector, more than 5 years in positions of Management or Direction. Company subsidized PPO, Dental, Vision, Medical Insurance, 401K.
