Chief Financial Officer Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our finance team. This critical role reports directly to the CFO and serves as a key strategic partner to the executive leadership team. As a solo contributor with significant visibility, you will drive financial forecasting, cash management, and various strategic initiatives while serving as an essential connector between business units and the finance/accounting functions. Key Responsibilities Lead the company's forecasting processes, including annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range planning Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business performance, forecast outcomes, and support strategic decision-making Create insightful management reporting packages and KPI dashboards for executive and board level leadership Analyze financial results, identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and communicate findings to stakeholders Treasury & Cash Management Oversee cash flow forecasting and management to ensure optimal liquidity Partner with accounting to maintain accurate cash position reporting Recommend and implement strategies to optimize working capital Support debt management activities and banking relationships Strategic Business Partnership Serve as a trusted financial advisor to C-suite executives and department heads Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency Translate financial data into actionable business insights for non-financial stakeholders Collaborate with business units to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals Operational Excellence Drive process improvements within the finance function Support the CFO and leadership with special projects including finance initiatives, operational improvements, and any potential M&A activities Participate in system implementations and enhancements to improve financial reporting capabilities Develop financial policies and procedures to ensure best practices Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 4+ years of progressive finance experience Exceptional financial modeling and analysis skills with advanced Excel proficiency Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to various audiences Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence decision-making Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities Personal Attributes Strong business acumen and commercial awareness Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining strategic perspective Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively Adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic environment Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills High ethical standards and integrity Benefits What We Offer Competitive salary and bonus compensation Comprehensive benefits package including but not limited to: health insurance, HSA, Dental/ Vision, short/long term disability, life insurance, 401k, and parking/transit reimbursement (NY & NJ candidates only) Opportunity to impact strategic decision-making at a global company Professional development opportunities Seniority level
